Meet the Team
Bill is the Founder of Anikawi Outfitters.
Having a lifelong love of God’s great outdoors, years ago Bill started guiding part time to help pay for his “hunting habit.”
Having an affinity for people and enjoying good initial results in the field, Bill soon discovered sharing the experience was exhilarating! Currently, he has guided over 500 hunts with a success rate of 81% across 3 continents and 23 states.
Both from his family of origin and his Native American ancestry, Bill has a very strong sense of connection to the land and the stewardship of it.
In fact, Terri has harvested many critters hunting solo, while Bill and friends were far away attempting to do the same.
As a retired school teacher, she is comfortable helping to keep the administrative process flowing smoothly for Anikawi.
Terri is a graduate of LA Tech University of Ruston, LA and taught music in public schools for 30 years. In fact, every member of her family of origin (mother, father, twin sister, & brother) had careers as music instructors. Terri also used her musical gifts in the local church where she has always been very active. Terri toured the world with an ecumenical Christian singing group as a soloist.
Whenever Terri is not travelling, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and family on their Ozark Mountain property.
Lauren is the manager of Anikawi Outfitters. In addition to Coordinating adventures around the Globe, Lauren has special expertise in enhancing wildlife habitats.
Lauren grew up outdoors hunting, fishing, canoeing, and camping with family. Lauren’s life long love of gardening led to a Masters in Horticulture and working for her Alma Mater managing the Greenhouse at La.Tech University, in Ruston, Louisiana.
All of these experiences have proven to be invaluable in developing and improving properties for wildlife. Lauren is married to Aaron Jennings, and they have a 2 year old daughter. They love weekly treks in the Ozark mountains surrounding their home.
Aaron is the I.T. wizard extraordinaire for Anikawi Outfitters.
His areas of responsibility include:
Designing, creating & maintaining Anikawi website.
